CAPABILITIES

Massiv Die-Form Large Tooling has the capability of complete design and build of cast construction dies within the company. With the exception of foundry work, all design, manufacturing, tryout and inspection processes can be completed using on site dedicated equipment. In addition, external resources are available to augment internal capabilities in order to manage large programs and provide flexible availability of capacity.

Development, Forming Simulation, Springback Analysis

Mini-supercomputer cluster executing ESI’s PAMSTAMP software.

Design

Catia V5 and Unigraphics form the backbone of the CAD data handling and design area. Direct customer data connections are maintained where appropriate.

CAD

Tebis CAD and Catia V5 are used extensively in the NC programming area. Smirtware is used to distribute die design to manufacturing in a paperless flow of information.
